US Sales Development Representative

Your responsibilities:

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR), who wants to own their own outbound sales pipeline & build new business for test IO. Who’s the perfect person? An eager, demonstrated self-starter with unwavering work-ethic who always strives to win. You will be networking & creating relationships with decision makers (up to the CXO and VP levels) at many of the the hottest companies in the US today, with the goal being to refine your sales skills into a logo winning machine.

This role has great potential for growth, making it the perfect stepping stone from a traditional entry-level SDR to a senior sales representative within our San Francisco office -- just two blocks from Embarcadero BART -- right in the heart of the Financial District!

Responsibilites

- Grow our customer list through phone and email outreach, with the goal of setting meetings for our sales team
- Research prospects and their companies to empower the sales team before scheduled meetings
- Cold call, prospect, nurture and qualify new leads to build a healthy pipeline of prospects
- Assist Sales and Marketing projects that help drive revenue growth
- Establish and incorporate best practices using the latest tools to drive efficiency and scalability throughout our sales and execution process


Who we are looking for:

- Bachelor's Degree from a top university
- 1 to 2 years in a client facing role
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, and a keen ability to convey confidence
- Willingness to learn quickly, work hard, and achieve goals set by the team
- Teammate mentality, easy to work with, creative and quick on the spot thinking
- Hunter personality... prospecting should be fun for you!
- Demonstrated leadership experience

Nice To Haves:

- Previous sales experience, or customer facing training
- Experience working in tech, especially in SaaS

Customer Success Manager

As a customer success manager, you’re the main point of contact between our customers and all of the services we offer. It’s up to you to understand what our customers need and make sure that they’re getting it. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You orient new customers to our service and ensure that they understand its benefits and have a path to success
  • You take our customers’ needs, success, happiness, and retention personally and can prioritize your workload autonomously
  • While overseeing customers’ tests and ensuring they provide meaningful results, you cultivate a direct and strong relationship with the decision makers and influencers on the customers’ side
  • You recognize new opportunities for expanding our customers’ success and can work with sales to maximize our long-term revenue with each customer
  • You analyse and monitor all the relevant data and proactively address issues that threaten our customers’ growth, success, satisfaction, or retention
  • You are the link between the customer and test IO’s product management with a clear focus on features that support our customers’ success

Who we are looking for:

  • Ideally, you are fluent in German and English, able to work with customers in either language
  • You have professional experience with business customers in Account Management or Client Services, or a background in software QA/testing/engineering/IT. Some SaaS background is ideal.
  • You are tech-savvy and interested in the software development process
  • You can participate in discussions with business & technical leadership
  • You have experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Amity or similar
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication and in-person and virtual presentation skills
  • You want to work successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environment with a rapidly growing company

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You work as a part of our customer success team, setting up tests runs in direct coordination with our clients and ensuring that everything proceeds smoothly
  • You evaluate test runs, work with our testers and team leads to improve results, and create presentations for our customers analyzing their progress and making clear and cogent recommendations
  • You work closely with sales and our product teams to make sure our customers are getting what they need to be successful

Who we are looking for:

  • You’ve shown evidence in your schoolwork, internships, or past work experiences of passion, attention to detail, and a desire to go beyond what’s been asked for
  • You are comfortable in German and English, able to work with customers in either language
