Behold Our New JIRA Plugin - QA Service for JIRA

It is simple, yet powerful. Plug and play. The plugin synchronizes all of your bugs, comments, and known bugs between Jira and test IO. What does this mean for you?

• Your bugs are delivered right to Jira, so you can use all of the workflows and permissions you’ve set up there to manage bugs.
• If you’re going through your bugs, you don’t need to leave Jira to accept or reject bugs. You do it in Jira and the plug in makes sure we know about it.
• If you have a follow-up question for a tester who’s filed a bug, you can ask it as a comment in Jira, the tester will answer through test IO, and you’ll see the reply in Jira.

We’ve got cloud and server versions of the plugin, and there’s another big benefit of that: security. If you’re running the server version behind your firewall, you’ll no longer need to configure a VPN to connect your Jira instance to test IO. With our plugin installed, your Jira instance now manages the communication with test IO securely. So if you’re currently using the server version of Jira, please install the plugin immediately and we can simplify our lives.
